Through the use of state-of-the-art test equipment, tools and machines, students have the opportunity to examine, adjust, repair and replace all parts of vehicles including engines, steering system, brake system and electrical systems. This two-year program is designed for students interested in the field of automotive repair and maintenance. Students have the opportunity to earn ASE Certification through this course which are widely recognized in the automotive industry. The minimum requirement for the student’s satisfactory completion of the second year will be attaining the skill level based on the definition of Automotive Service Mechanic 1.D.O.T. 620.381
